A Waynesfield man was sentenced this week in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to Court records, 40-year-old Daniel Lee Boutwell was sentenced to 48 months in prison.
The case dates to January of this year, and Boutwell was indicted on one count of felonious assault and two counts of domestic violence in February.
He pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence in April and was originally scheduled to be sentenced on May 20, but that was changed to June 17.
During that one-month period, he failed to comply with terms of bond and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
Following a felony pursuit that started in Lima on the morning of May 27, Boutwell was arrested later that day.
He has previously pleaded guilty to or been convicted of two offenses of domestic violence dating back to 2011.
Also in Court this week, an Ada woman who was indicted on 28 counts of illegal use of SNAP benefits or WIC Program benefits and one count of grand theft is expected to change her plea on the charges.
A change of plea hearing for 39-year-old Shaylee Jo McKean was scheduled for June 30 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
Her one-day jury trial was scheduled for July 21.
