Weekend Crash Claims the Life of Marion County Man
A crash in Marion County on Sunday claimed the life of a man.
According to a release from the Marion Post of the Ohio State Patrol, 32 year old Juan Carlos Lopez-Ortiz lost control of his car while driving north on Richland Pike.
The car went off the east side of the road where it struck a mailbox and a tree.
Lopez-Ortiz was transported to Marion General Hospital where he later died.
He was not wearing a seatbelt.
The crash remains under investigation.
