The start of a bridge project in Wyandot County has been delayed by one week.

According to a release from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the State Routes 67 and 231 overlap in the village of Sycamore was set to close March 4, but it is now expected to close March 11.

The closure will be for four months during the bridge rehabilitation project.

Traffic on both state routes through the village will be detoured.
