Sales of Real Estate for Foreclosures No Longer Being Held in Person

The Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office will no longer be conducting in person sales of real estate for foreclosures. 

RealAuction has been contracted with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services for those sales to be on-line with the “Official Public Sheriff’s Sale Website.”

The process and procedures under which these sales will be completed are detailed at RealAuction’s website: wyandot.sheriff sale auction.ohio.gov

All prospective bidders are encouraged to get familiar with the new process.

The changes do not affect tax sales. 

Those sales will continue to be posted on the Wyandot County Sheriff’s office website and conducted in person at the courthouse.
