Softball Tournament - Hardin Northern vs USV 5/21/26 WKTN Sports

The 15th annual ladies’ Tee Off for a Cure golf scramble on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Memorial Park Golf Course. This year saw the largest turnout ever with 29 teams competing. The lady golfers enjoyed a great round of golf on a beautiful day at the course. Following play, the teams were treated to a delicious meal with desserts, raffling off 15 donated baskets, a 50/50 drawing, and the awarding of proximity prizes and the top four finishing teams in the tournament.
Event organizers issued a big “thank you” to all the businesses and individuals who donated to their outing, as well as to all the wonderful men who helped with a variety of tasks at the outing. The event has raised and donated over $53,000 over the past 14 years and will make donations to several local charities again this year.
First place with a score of -14 were Flo Collins, Katie McCullough, Kaitlyn Collins, and Mindy Newell. Second place with a score of -12 were Lisa Hoffman, Brenda Earhart, Cindy Heidlebaugh, and Katie Roesch. Third place with a score of -11 Jan Spitler, Clara Schertzer, Pat Eyestone, and Ruby Karcher.
