2025 USHS Hall of Fame Nominations Deadline Approaching

Nominations for the Upper Sandusky High School Hall of Fame class of 2025 must be submitted by May 24th. Candidates must be a graduate of USHS, a former coach at USHS, or an administrator at USHS. They must have distinguished themselves through their athletic or administrative accomplishments, exploits, and achievements while at USHS and beyond. If you would like to nominate a candidate for induction, please complete the nomination form. You can also complete a paper copy of the nomination form at the high school athletic office or print the form off the USEVS District page (under the Athletics/Documents tab). The 2025 USHS Hall of Fame class will be formally inducted at the home varsity football game on Friday, September 5th.
