
The Benjamin Logan Lady Raiders traveled to Tecumseh Wednesday night for a cross-conference game.
The JV Raiders played only two quarters due to Tecumseh having multiple injuries. The Lady Raiders defeated the Arrows 19 to 12. A balanced scoring attack helped the Lady Raiders push past the Lady Arrows. Brielle Kline and Addison Kuhn led the team in scoring with 4 points each.
The Varsity Lady Raiders secure their first victory of the season with a strong team performance. The Lady Raiders celebrated their first varsity win of the season on Wednesday night, defeating the Tecumseh Arrows 43 to 32 in a hard-fought, all-around team effort.
Ben Logan set the tone early with aggressive defense and balanced scoring across the roster. Kylie Harner led the charge with an impressive 12 points and 7 steals, sparking the Raiders on both ends of the court. Rylan Norviel and Daylin Varner added 6 points apiece, helping Ben Logan maintain steady offensive pressure.
Molly Siefring and Paislee Rodenberger each contributed 5 points, with Rodenberger also dominating the boards to collect 7 rebounds. Jozie Taylor chipped in 4 points, while Adilynne Gregg played a major role in the paint, finishing with 3 points and a game-high 10 rebounds. Addison Kuhn rounded out the scoring with 2 points.
The combination of disciplined defense, rebounding strength, and shared scoring lifted the Lady Raiders to their well-earned 43 to 32 victory.
Ben Logan looks to build on this momentum as they continue their season. Both teams are back in action as they travel to Northwestern for a CBC matchup on Saturday with the JV game starting at 12:00 pm.
