Kenton Boys Tennis Picks Up Another Win
The Kenton Wildcat Boys Tennis team pulled off a 3-2 victory when they hosted River Valley on Saturday morning for a non-league match.
In 1st Singles, Wyatt Campbell took down Jordan Buckland 6-1, 6-4. Leighton Wirbel in 2nd Singles and Brian Rogers in 3rd Singles picked up wins by forfeit. In 1st Doubles, Ethan McNamara and Brady Cole fought hard but fell in three sets to Ari and Sidney Osborne, 3-6, 6-4, 4-6. In 2nd Doubles, Jackson Blue and Gatlin Davis lost to Landon Bauer and Lizzie Newsome 6-7 (5-7), 3-6.
The Wildcats are back in action Tuesday with a WBL match at Defiance.
