
The Kenton Wildcats fell behind Bluffton early and could never catch up. Kenton was behind 136 pins after the 1st individual games 895 – 1031. The Wildcats were not able to make up any ground in the 2nd individual games 851 – 900. Kenton did out roll Bluffton in the 5 baker games 843 – 810 but that was not enough as Kenton lost 2589 – 2741.
Eban Albert led the way with a 420 series (217 – 203), including high game. Hudson Latimore followed with a 388 series (181 – 207).
The JV Boys bowled an exciting match with Bluffton. Kenton fell behind 32 pins after the individual games 1285 (688 – 597) to 1317 (630 – 687). The Wildcats lost the 1st 2 bakers to fall behind 85 pins but won the next 2 to cut the deficit to 13 pins. Kenton’s last baker 130 – 94 propelled them to the victory 1962 – 1939.
Kenton travels Saturday to Olympic Lanes to bowl Van Wert @ 3:00pm.
