Kenton Girls Bowling Grabs Win Over Waynesfield

The Kenton Wildcats traveled to Wapakoneta to face Waynesfield, coming away with a decisive 1831-1104 victory. Despite a slow start, they built a 170-pin lead after the first individual games, then followed up with a strong 705 in the second to stretch the lead to nearly 500 pins. Kenton capped the night with a 565 baker set, finishing with 1831 total pins. Shyan Cherry led the team with a 293 series (125-168), including the high game. Other top scores came from Brayla Butler (144-141), Jazalyn Worthington (158), and Karyn Hopkins (143). After the Thanksgiving break, the Wildcats return to action on December 2 to take on Ridgedale at 5:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Lanes.
