
The Kenton Wildcats earned their fifth win of the season with a 1755-1328 victory over Lima Temple Christian on Thursday. They started strong, rolling a 659 in the first individual games to take a 138-pin lead, then followed up with a 702 in the second to stretch the advantage to 385 pins heading into the baker games. Only three bakers were bowled, but the Wildcats still finished with a commanding 457-pin lead. Karyn Hopkins led the way with a 353 series (158-195) and the high game. Other scores included Brayla Butler with 290 (132-158), Addie Hites with 279 (158-121), Presley Wilson with 223 (108-115), and Katelyn Stevenson with 216 (103-113). Kenton heads to Highland Lanes on Saturday to face Ottawa-Glandorf at 10:00 a.m., before hosting the 4th Annual Holiday Baker Tournament (Girls) on December 22nd.
