Kenton Girls Varsity Bowling falls to Ridgedale 1836 – 1717
The Kenton Wildcats just couldn’t get the pins to fall as they fell behind the Ridgedale Rockets by 121 pins after the 1st individual games. The Wildcats did better in the 2nd individua1 games, only dropping 20 pins. Kenton entered the baker games behind 1156 – 1297. Kenton lost the 1st three baker games but won the last two with scores of 133 and 136 to bring the final score to 1717 – 1836.
Karyn Hopkins led Kenton with high game and high series 325 (148 – 177). Brooke Vansky added a 150 game.
The Wildcats finish the regular season Wednesday at Hillcrest Lanes with Elgin at 5:00pm.
