Kenton High School Girls Varsity Soccer beat Benjamin Logan High School 3-1

The lady wildcats pulled out a win tonight coming from behind in the second half to get their third victory.  With 37 minutes left in the game the Raiders found the back of the net for the first goal of the game.  The wildcats battled for the next 10 minutes before tieing the game on a goal from an unassisted corner kick by Ali Harpel.  Just over a minute later Gabi Wetherill placed a penalty kick in the net to go up 2-1.  The final goal of the game came 10 minutes later with another goal from Harpel on an assist from Wetherill.  Kenton was able to hang on and outshot the Raiders 12-3 with Styer only conceding the one goal.  Kenton played a complete team game tonight with all helping to get the win.  Kenton will take a couple days rest then head to Upper Sandusky Saturday night at 7 to face the Rams.
