The Cats held on against a tough Riverdale team by a score of 44-42. Kenton used tough defense to fight back from a 4 point deficit in the 4th quarter to win the game. Sadie Larrabee led the Wildcats with 20 points and 17 rebounds. Macee Heckathorn had 12 points, Sidney Payne scored 6 points, Olivia Nolting scored 4 points, and Alexis Ratliff scored 2 points. Riverdale was led by Marissa Bonham with 13 points, Mariah Bonham scored 11 points, Dylan Thacker scored 10 points, and Kinsey Shull ended with 8 points. The win for the Cats is their 14th straight as they move to 17-2 overall.
The JV game was won by Riverdale 38-27. The Cats were led by Kaiden Gammon with 10 points, Lilly Carmean scored 9 points, Lyla Gammon had 3 points, Emori Criner and Ally Rhinehart had 2 points each, while Jazlynn Long ended with 1 point. Riverdale was led by Lauren McBride with 12 points and Paige Courtad with 9 points.
