The Hardin County Ag Society will meet this Wednesday, May 7.
Approving the restroom contract, radio contract and gate worker contracts for the fair are among the items under new business on the agenda.
Members will also hear that a pastor for the fair opening ceremony has been secured, and contracts for nightly grounds sweeping, Fire coverage, Mounted Posse, Portable toilets, and trash removal contracts have been sent with many already returned.

The June Board Meeting will start at 7:00pm Wednesday evening in the Community Building at the fairgrounds in Kenton.
