UNOH Hosting the 2022 Ohio FFA Association State Finals

The University of Northwestern Ohio will again be hosting the Ohio Future Farmers of America Association’s State Finals in Agricultural Power Diagnostics Contest on Friday, March 4, 2022. The top 15 high school teams from the state of Ohio will be on campus competing for more than $75,000 in scholarships in the 400 Building on UNOH’s campus.

The State Finals Contest runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a lunch break from 12:45 – 1:15 p.m. The best time to get footage/pictures of the students working and diagnosing equipment is any time other than lunch.

There is a dinner on Thursday evening (3/3/2022) at 6:30 p.m. in the Crystal Room at the UNOH Event Center. That evening there will be opportunities for campus tours for students interested in attending the University of Northwestern Ohio following their high school graduation.

Each team member of the winning teams will receive the following scholarships to the University of Northwestern Ohio:

1st Place – $10,000
2nd Place – $6,000
3rd Place – $5,000
4th Place – $5,000
5th Place – $4,000
6th Place – $3,000
7th Place – $2,000
8th Place – $1,000
9th Place – $1,000
10th Place – $1,000

Schools attending this year’s contest are: Firelands, Buckeye High School, Wayne County Career Center, Fort Recovery, Southeastern, Teays Valley, Harrison Career Center, Tri-Valley, Clermont Northeastern, Greene County, Oak Hill, Tri County Career Center, Miami East-MVCTC, Miller City, and Four County Career Center.
