Rural Kenton Man Indicted on Sex Offenses Involving a Minor
A rural Kenton man was arrested Tuesday on a 16 count indictment for sexual offenses involving a minor.
56 year old Rickie Lee Stephens is being held in the Multi County Jail on 13 counts of public indecency and one count each of attempted gross sexual imposition, compelling prostitution and importuning.
The indictments allege that Stephens engaged in lewd sexual conduct in the proximity of a minor.
He is also accused of attempting to have sexual contact with a child less than 13 years old.
The incidents allegedly occurred from around November 1, 2023 through December 31, that year.
The indictments were filed on June 11, 2025.
Stephens is scheduled to be arraigned in Hardin County Common Pleas Court Friday morning (July 11).
