A Lima woman was arraigned in Hardin County Common Pleas Court this (Wednesday) morning on charges of murder, involuntary manslaughter, strangulation, and felonious assault.

64-year-old Donna Jo Miller pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Judge Maria Santo set bond at $500,000 cash or surety and scheduled the five-day jury trial to begin July 13.

Miller was arrested late last week on the charges connected to the death of Paula Dirmeyer in November of 2025, following an investigation conducted by the Ada Police Department.
