Kiper Named Honoree for 2026 Hardin County Fair

David Kiper

The Hardin County Fair Board announced that longtime poultry committee member David Kiper is the esteemed honoree for the 2026 Hardin County Fair.

Kiper said he was very surprised and very thankful for the recognition.

His love for the fair began in 1992.

Kiper’s full-time job is being a pastor.

He also volunteers pastoring at the Kenton Nursing and Rehab Center, and he offers help to those struggling with drugs.

Kiper resides in Forest with Jeannette, his wife of 50 years.
