Marion Man Arrested for OVI After Sunday Morning Crash in Marion
A Marion man was arrested after a crash that occurred early Sunday morning in the City of Marion.
According to the report from the Marion Police Department, 24-year-old Nathan Caserta was driving south on Bartram Avenue, approaching Silver Street at a high rate of speed, and failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection.
The vehicle continued southbound where it struck two sheds in the back yard of properties in the 200 block of Breen Avenue.
Caserta then fled the scene and was located later.
He was treated at Marion General Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
Caserta was arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated and other charges.
