The Kenton Wildcats Boys Soccer team improved to 2-0 on the season Monday night with a 6-1 victory over River Valley.
The Cats outshot the Vikings 11-4 during the contest.
Asher Bridenstine led the way with 2 goals, and the Cats received goals from Nick Anderson, Trent Yoder, Jacob Taylor and Connor Defibaugh.
Picking up assists on the evening were Reed Cook with 2 and Hunter LaRue, KP Miller and Brady Cameron each with one.
Brent Rader made 3 saves in goal.
The Cats are back in action home Wednesday night at 7:30 when Ada visits.
The JV Cats improved to 2-0 on the season with a 7-0 victory over Lima Senior.
Wyatt Gerlach led the way with 2 goals and Kyle Kirk, Devin Hastings, Parker Rarey, Gave Spears and Colby Quay all had 1.
Colby Quay had 2 assists and Kyle Kirk had one.
Devin Miller recorded the shutout for the JV Cats.
