Kenton Lady Cats Basketball Team Loses Hard Fought Game to Elida

Kenton came out on the short end of a tough battle with Elida Thursday evening in girls basketball action.

The Lady Cats lost 54-50.

The Cats were led in scoring by Sidney Plott with 20 points and six 3 point baskets.

Lindsey Smith had 14 points while Jenna Manns had 9 and Kenzie Bays had 7.

Elida was led by Amira Freeman with 24 points. Addison Freeman had 13 and Brooke Reese had 11.
