The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance shined a Tourism Spotlight on the Lawrence Woods Nature Preserve.
The largest mature forest in the region is located in the 13,000 block of County Road 190.
There is just over a mile of accessible boardwalk.
Within the preserve, you will notice natural features such as spring and summer wildflowers, large trees and wetlands.
The location is perfect for hiking, biking and bird watching.
The trail is open a half hour before sunrise to a half hour after sunset.
