Pennsylvania Real Estate Company Purchases Former Kmart Building in Kenton

The former Kmart Building in Kenton was recently purchased.

According to information on the Hardin County Auditor’s website, the building and land located at 1005 East Columbus Street is now listed under the name of Kenton Plymouth Green LLC from Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.

Plymouth Green is operated by Pennmark Management, which is a real estate development and management company.

According to the Pennmark website, the company is now offering to lease storefront for retail and office space at the Kenton location.

The company has a history of bringing new life to Kmart properties.

Recently, in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, the former Kmart building there was converted and four new businesses occupy the space.

WKTN has reached out to company officials seeking comment but have not yet heard from them.
