Marion Felder, age 39- Toledo, Ohio

From Marion Police Department release:

On 12/3/23, we received information that Marion Felder was believed to be in a grey Dodge Challenger.

Felder had an active warrant through the U.S. Marshals for a Probation Violation.

Patrol officers began checking our new Flock Camera system for the vehicle and quickly located it. They were able to obtain the plate from the Flock pictures and began searching for the vehicle throughout the city.

Officers Galyk and Pelphrey, who were riding as one of our two man units, located the vehicle in the southwest part of the city, unoccupied. Through some investigative work, officers were able to figure out which house he was in and surrounded it. After a few call outs through a cruiser PA system, Felder surrendered without incident.
