Lima Mall Business Robbed Tuesday Afternoon
A robbery at a business in the Lima Mall occurred Tuesday afternoon.
According to a release from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, a call was received at around 12:40 after four masked black male subjects entered Kay Jewelry armed with hammers.
These individuals proceeded to smash display cases and remove the jewelry.
While fleeing the scene, mall security followed the four when one of the suspects brandished a gun and pointed it at the security guard.
This incident is under investigation, and if you have any information call the Allen County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau at 419-227-3535.
There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
