Kenton Woman Facing Involuntary Manslaughter Charge
A recent Grand Jury returned several charges, including involuntary manslaughter, against a Kenton woman.
39 year old Sarah M. Lease was also indicted on two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and corrupting another with drugs.
Documents filed in Hardin County Common Pleas Court allege that Lease sold or offered to sell the drug that caused the death of Sydney Rowe.
The 28 Rowe died in her home in Alger on October 5, 2023.
Lease will be arraigned February 1 in Common Pleas Court.
