Kenton 8th grade volleyball opens season with Lima West; loses 2 sets to 1
The Kenton 8th grade volleyball team played their regular season opener at Lima West Saturday. The Wildcats and Spartans traded points throughout set 1 until the Wildcats prevailed 26 - 24. Kenton struggled in sets 2 and 3 losing 11 - 25 and 8 - 25 to lose the match 2 sets to 1. Kenton travels to Van Wert Tuesday for a 5:30 match.
Kenton Boys Varsity Golf falls to Ottawa-Glandorf 159 – 180
Landon Plaugher was low man for the team carding a (40), followed by Dawson Miller (45), Oliver Sneary (47) and Austin Root (48), Jack Whitmer 57, and Thomas Mustain 50.
