Riverdale’s Historic Run Comes To An End

Riverdale fell to state ranked Ottawa-Glandorf 3-0 in what was the Lady Falcon's first appearance at regionals. The Falcons came in on the heels of seven straight wins and the school's first district championship in girl's soccer. While goalkeeper Angelina Sierra had some great saves the time of possession was dominated by Ottawa-Glandorf and the constant pressure from the top 25 ranked Titans was too much to handle as Riverdale's offense was stifled.

Riverdale Lady Falcons Make History

Riverdale Lady Falcons Celebrate a victory over the Bluffton Pirates, on October 29. The District match up went to double OT with a final score of 2-1. The Falcons took home the district championship and moved to Regionals for the first time in Riverdale school history.

USHS Cross Country – State Qualifiers – Ashton Vent and Evan Hinesman

Congratulations to USHS runners Ashton Vent and Evan Hinesman on qualifying for the state cross country meet. Ashton finished 3rd (16:21) and Evan finished 14th (16:42) at the regional meet at Hedges-Boyer Park in Tiffin on Saturday.  The OHSAA Division II Boys Cross Country Championship will be held on Saturday, November 5th, 1:00 p.m. at Fortress Obetz and Memorial Park.
