Kenton Wildcats Get First Win of the Season

Kenton welcomed Ottawa-Glandorf for a WBL tilt Friday. The Cats found themselves down 7-21 late in the first half but were able to find the endzone on a 65 yard pass with 14.8 remaining in the 2nd quarter. That score would be the start of a 25-0 run for Kenton who would go on to take the game 38-27. Kenton will look to add another to the win column next Friday when they travel to Elida.

The Kenton Wildcats boys golf team picked up an impressive road victory on Tuesday afternoon, defeating Celina in a Western Buckeye League (WBL) match at Celina Lynx Golf Club. The Kenton Wildcats travelled to Ottawa Glandorf for a tough WBL matchup against the Titans. The Titans were able to get on the board first and didn't look back scoring 7 goals in the first half. The Benjamin Logan varsity girls golf team faced a tough Northwestern team Wednesday night at Liberty Hills Golf Course. Northwestern finished with a team score of 193.
