Ben Logan Varsity Girls Soccer Delivered a Historic Performance
The Benjamin Logan varsity girls soccer team improved to 3-0 on the season with a record breaking performance beating Stivers 17-0. Those 17 goals broke the previous program record for goals scored in a single game. In addition to the team's record breaking night, Daylin Varner broke some records of her own with 5 goals and 11 total points. Coach Trees praised the ladies for a great team effort in the win that featured eight different players scoring a goal.
Kenton Rallies to Defeat Shawnee
The Kenton Wildcats mens' soccer team erased a 2-0 halftime deficit and put five goals in the back of the net in the second half to defeat Lima Shawnee. Wildcat goals were delivered by Parker Osborn, Chris Villa, Josh Rich (2), and Micah Bowman.
Ridgemont Golf Continues Unbeaten Streak
Ridgemont got a close win against Triad and Southeastern to bring their record to an impressive 11-0. Team scores: Ridgemont - 182 Triad - 189 Southeastern - 224 Individual scores: Dawson Manns - 45 Devan Ramsey - 43 Harrison Reppart - 42 Charles Wingfield - 55 Josh Stacklin - 52 Andrew Houser - 59 The Gophers will look to extend their streak this Saturday at the annual Hardin County Invite at 9am.
