The Benjamin Logan Raiders hosted Bethel for the first home volleyball match of the 2024 season. In a back-and-forth five-set match, the Raiders fell 2-3 with the scores being 22-25, 25-17, 25-12, 22-25, 8-15. Riverdale Boys Varsity Soccer took on Lima Temple Christian Thursday evening. The Falcons were able to walk away with a 2-1 victory. Landon Elwood opened the scoring for the Falcons, then Cameron Snook, a dual-sport athlete, was able to seal the game.
The first varsity girls' game on the newly renovated Merold Field was a back-and-forth affair that ended 0-0 at half. Kenton came out much better and dominated possession for most of the second half while hitting the crossbar twice and missing a penalty kick. Bellefontaine made a late push and had a corner kick with just under a minute remaining. Hadley deflected the ball out of bounds for another corner and was able to score with 26 seconds left.

Schultheis was a member of Elida's football, wrestling, and basketball teams.
