Riverdale’s Nathan Alge Heads to State
Nathan Alge qualified for the State Golf Tournament after shooting a 75, good for a 4th-place finish at districts. Alge will now head to NorthStar Golf Club to compete on October 13th and 14th.

Kenton Takes Second Doubles Against Elida
Kenton's second doubles team, Katelyn Lowe and Diana Nease, secured the only win for the Wildcats with a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Railee Ronshausen and Morgan Dunahay. In first doubles, Katelyn Stevenson and Mia Vermillion fell to Eva Campbell and Ellen Troyer 1-6, 3-6. Ben Logan Girls Soccer Ties School Record
On Wednesday, the Raiders traveled to London and secured a 9-1 victory. Goals were scored by Paisley Rodenberger with three, Daylin Varner and Brooklyn Smedley with two each, and Kaylee Hays and Lucy Johns with one apiece. Shayla Newfer Is Nearing a Riverdale Record
H/T Riverdale Local Schools Shayla Newfer from Riverdale is having an outstanding volleyball season. She currently leads the BVC in aces with 50 this season, edging out Jaylin St. Laurent of Ada by 3. With 125 career aces, Newfer is closing in on the school record, according to Riverdale. Newfer and the Falcons will take on Elmwood tonight at 5:30 PM.
