Kolt Buchenroth Named 2026 Ohio 4‑H Young Alumni Award Recipient

Ohio State University Extension - Hardin County Kolt Buchenroth was announced last week as a recipient of the 2026 Ohio 4-H Young Alumni Award.  Buchenroth has a huge impact on Hardin County youth as a 4-H Camp Adult Staff member. He is also a Hardin County Fair employee, and Communications director at Kenton City Schools.  Buchenroth will be recognized on stage at the Ohio 4-H Conference in Columbus in March.

Cold Weather Advisory Continues Through Tuesday Morning for Hardin and Surrounding Counties

A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect from today until 10 am Tuesday for Hardin and surrounding counties. Wind chills are expected to reach 15 below zero and prolonged exposure could lead to hypothermia.
