Registration for Kenton Soccer Association Spring Soccer is underway. The Kenton Soccer Association offers both recreational and competitive soccer opportunities for youth in Kenton and the surrounding communities. Teams are available for co-ed and girls players in the U10, U12, and U15 age groups. Registration will be open until February 4. After taking a year to complete a review process, Hardin Leadership is back in 2026. Steering Committee Chairperson Kathy Oliver said it was a very extensive review process that uncovered the need to make changes, “There were several things that came to the forefront that we said okay, it’s time to make these changes. A teenager from Tiffin was injured in a one vehicle roll over crash that occurred on Township Highway 29 in Wyandot County Thursday afternoon. According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office, 17-year-old Ryan Risner was driving west on 29, and while in a curve he lost control of his vehicle on a patch of ice. Ridgemont Public Library officials are asking residents to not put trash in the giving boxes at the library. The boxes are there to help those in need, and they do not want them trashed. The town provides a trash receptacle in Mt Victory not far from the giving box, and trash can be thrown away there.
Kenton Rotary members heard from Deb Curlis at a recent meeting.For the last 5 years Deb Curlis, Executive Director of Beatitudes in Ada, Ohio and her group of faithful volunteers have been serving Ada, Hardin and surrounding counties.
