Kellogg’s Lawsuit Against Leggo My Eggroll Advances in Federal Court

The civil case filed by Kellogg's against the owners of Leggo My Eggroll continues to work its way through the U.S. District Court in Toledo. A 3-to-4-day trial in July of this year has been proposed according to court documents, but it has not yet been scheduled.
