2024 Pork Rind Heritage Festival Taking Place in Harrod

There are three blood drives scheduled around the area during the month of June. The first one is this Thursday, June 6 from 10am until 4pm at OhioHealth Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton. Section of State Route 67 Set to Close Today

A section of State Route 67 is set to close today. According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, SR 67 between Township Road 85 and Township Road 95 will close today for approximately five days. That is for a culvert replacement project. The detour will be State Route 235 to State Route 309, back to 67.

Forest-Jackson Public Library Hosting Exotic Zoo on June 18th

Photo: Forest-Jackson Public Library The Forest-Jackson Public Library is hosting The Exotic Zoo on June 18th at 10am at Gormley Park.  The library invites the community to join them for a free lunch that will be served.  The meal is being sponsored by Buckeye Machine Fabricators. Family Resource Center will also be at the park with additional activities following lunch.
