Ohio State Fire Marshal’s Office Issues Smoke Alarm Safety Reminder

The Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office issued a smoke alarm reminder. They said that residents should test alarms monthly, replace batteries yearly and replace alarms every 10 years. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is a self-funded nonprofit, the association works to help save lives and reduce property loss by providing safety education, information, and resources.
