Dori Spencer, 66, of Dunkirk, passed away unexpectedly following an automobile accident on Monday, March 2, 2026. She was born on May 21, 1959, in Delaware, Ohio, to the late Esther (Bushee) Skeens. On November 2, 2007, she married Tony Spencer, who survives in Dunkirk. Patrol Promotes Safe Driving Habits as Traffic Fatalities Decline for Fourth Consecutive Year

COLUMBUS – For the fourth consecutive year, Ohio has seen a decline in traffic fatalities. To maintain this positive trend, troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol remain highly visible on roadways across the state.
