Roundabouts in Allen and Hancock Counties Recognized for Dramatic Safety Improvements During National Roundabouts Week

Three roundabouts around the region were recognized during National Roundabouts Week this week, for dramatically improving the safety at intersections. Two roundabouts were constructed in 2022 at intersections in Allen County. The result was a 32% reduction in crashes at the intersection of State Route 309 and Napoleon Road and a 63% reduction in fatal and injury crashes.
