Hardin County Sheriff’s Deputy Celebrates Graduation From Tiffin University

Photo: Hardin County Sheriff's Office A Hardin County Sheriff's Deputy was a 2024 graduate of Tiffin University over the weekend. Deputy Kylie Puckett received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with an emphasis in Criminal Behavior studies. She graduated with academic honors and was also a member of the Criminal Justice Honor Society.   Deputy Puckett is assigned to the Enforcement Division of the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

Ohio Traffic Safety Office Announces Free Advanced Driver Training Summer Series for Teen Drivers

COLUMBUS — Free hands-on training is available this summer for teen drivers in Ohio to practice crash avoidance techniques and gain the experience necessary to become safer drivers. The Ohio Traffic Safety Office (OTSO) is partnering with three Advanced Driver Training programs to increase access to these specially designed classes that address the leading causes of teen crashes. Kenton City Schools BOE May Meeting Being Held This Evening

The Kenton City Schools Board of Education will hold it's May meeting this evening. To start the meeting, public hearings will be held for re-employment of Brent Fackler, High School Career Based Intervention teacher and Daniel Comstock, bus driver. The Board will act on their employment status at the June meeting. Numerous other routine end of school personnel items are also on the agenda. The meeting will start at 7:00 this evening at the Administration Building.
