Ohio Narcotics Intelligence Center Warns of Dangerous Substances Appearing in Ohio’s Drug Supply

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)  —  The Ohio Narcotics Intelligence Center (ONIC) released two public safety bulletins on Friday (July 31, 2026) alerting Ohioans of dangerous substances showing up in Ohio’s drug supply.  All of these substances increase the risk of overdose and potentially fatal consequences. Jackson Township – The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Van Wert Post is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on July 31, 2026, at approximately 6:29 P.M. on US127 near mile post 8 in Paulding County.  A 2020 Chevrolet Traverse was being driven southbound on US-127 by Guadalupe Amaro Martinez II, age 28, of Paulding, Ohio. Judith "Judi" Candler of Kenton A graveside service at Grove Cemetery Committal Building will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 8, 2026, followed by a luncheon starting at 12:00 P.M honoring both Judi and Jim Candler at the Kenton Elks Lodge #157.  A full obituary was ran at an earlier date. Findlay Woman Cited After Crashing Into Four Parked Vehicles

A Findlay woman escaped injury after a crash involved four parked vehicles this past Saturday evening in Hancock County. According to the report from the Hancock County Sheriff's Office, 28-year-old Madai Senatus lost control of her car while driving east on Bigelow Avenue. Marion Crash Sends Two to Hospital, Driver Cited

Two people were injured in a crash that occurred in Marion Saturday afternoon. According to the Marion Police Department report, 68-year-old Glenda Dodds was driving east on Mt. Vernon Avenue when a westbound vehicle being driven by 59-year-old Christopher Riedel, of Tiffin, attempted to turn left onto Forest Lawn Boulevard. LaRue Man Charged With Public Indecency Following Kenton Incident

A LaRue man is set to be arraigned on a charge of public indecency. According to the document filed in Hardin County Municipal Court, Michael K. Jones was charged with the offense after allegedly exposing himself in proximity to members of the public on July 29.
