Belinda Ann (Hoyt) Nichols, age 77, of Dunkirk, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at her residence. She was born on January 23, 1949, in Lima to the late Melvin E. City of Kenton Government City officials are reminding residents that Kenton is a mandatory filing city. If you live in Kenton, you must file a city income tax return each year, even if you’re retired, unemployed, or had no income. ity taxes are separate from federal, state, and school district taxes. Residents can file online at cityofkenton.com. You can also file a paper return by mail or drop-off it off in the Tax Office located in the Kenton City Building.
