The celebrations will be held at the EMS Headquarters located at 401 North Warpole Street in Upper Sandusky. The hours are from 1pm until 4pm. The event will feature a children's coloring contest, children's teddy bear clinic, bounce houses and more. Free hot dogs, ice cream and popcorn will be served.
