Findlay Police Assist Lansing Michigan PD

The Findlay Police Department assisted The Lansing Michigan Police Department for an arson investigation. According to a press release from the Findlay Police Department, Officers were sent to the Econo Lodge on Emma St. in Findlay to attempt to locate the suspect in a Lansing arson case. Officers located the suspect, Jeffery A Bryant, age 41, of Grand Ledge, Michigan. Through the investigation officers obtained a search warrant for the hotel room and Jeffery's vehicle. The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance released it’s upcoming agenda. On March 15th they will be holding their Economic Development Meeting at 8am. Burglary In Kenton

A burglary was reported in Kenton on Tuesday. According to the report from the Police Department, an unknown suspect entered a home in the 400 block of North Cherry Street sometime overnight Monday evening into Tuesday morning. A flat screen TV and sound bar were taken from the residence while the victim was away from the house. The report showed no forced entry a 1st floor door.

Ridgemont built a big lead and then held on late to defeat Allen East 63-60 in Division IV boys basketball sectional tournament play on Tuesday at Bath. Cory-Rawson 52, Riverdale 40

Cory-Rawson rallied in the second half to defeat Riverdale 52 to 40 in Division IV girls basketball sectional tournament play Tuesday at Bath. The Falcons (7-16) led 19 to 16 at the half but the Hornets outscored Riverdale 36 to 21 over the final two quarters to post the win. Zoe Chisolm scored a game-high 20 points for the Hornets (6-17) while Samantha Roth scored 11. Brooke Kuenzli had 14 points and Alex Rothlisberger scored 12 points for the Falcons.
