The Benjamin Logan Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, November 21. It will start at 5:30 tomorrow evening at the Central Office. The purpose of the special meeting is to conduct Board of Education candidate interviews during Executive Session.  The regular session of the Benjamin Logan Board of Education will be held on Monday, November 27.

MLJ Library Food for Fines Drive Continues

The Mary Lou Johnson Hardin County District Library Food for Fines is back from now through December 31. During that time, you can pay off your fines for overdue items with food instead of cash. One food item takes one dollar off your fines. Only unopened pre-packaged non-perishable food will be accepted. All items will be donated to local food pantries. BLMS Students Complete Food and Personal Hygiene Drive

The Benjamin Logan Middle School Kiwanis Builders Club hosted their annual Food and Personal Hygiene Drive from November 6 through 14.   They collected over 2,400 items to assist nine Benjamin Logan families that could use a little extra help this year.   Additional donations were given to the Middleburg Community Church who provides weekly food items for the “Backpack Program” and several local food banks.   The Benjamin Logan Middle School Builders […]

The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance is seeking nominations for the 2023 Alliance Annual Awards. Members may submit their nominations now. The categories are: Business of the Year; Small Business of the Year; Community Service Award; Nonprofit of the Year, Citizen of the Year and RE Allen Lifetime Achievement Award.
