HN Wildlife Team Competes in State Wildlife Contest

A team from Hardin Northern recently competed in the State Wildlife Contest. The team ended up placing 12th out of 34 teams who competed.  A highlight to the day was team member Leif Trachsel, who placed 9th overall as an individual.  He is the first state placing individual for Hardin Northern FFA since 2014.  Other team members are Kylee Legge, Michael Pizzuti and Bodi Hispher.

Section of CR 227 Closed

A section of Hardin County Road 227 closed on Monday, April 4. According to the Hardin County Engineer's Office, County Road 227, between Township Road 235 and County Road 190 closed for a bridge replacement project. The road is expected to be closed for around 6 weeks.

Hardin Northern has a new Junior High literary club. They call themselves the Northern Novelists. The club is open to all 7th and 8th grade students who are interested in reading and writing.
