Several contested races involving write-in candidates in Tuesday's election have been decided. In the Kenton Council-at-large race, Doris Blum received 162 votes. Curtis Castle picked up 111, and Ray Lawrence got 61 votes. Blum was appointed to city council in October. E. Lydia Miller will represent the city's 2nd Ward on council.
