OHSAA Member Schools Pass NIL Referendum Proposal

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Member schools of the Ohio High School Athletic Association have voted in favor of an emergency bylaw referendum on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL), making Ohio the 45th state to allow NIL at the high school level. OSHP Investigating Fatal I-75 Crash in Auglaize County

Wapakoneta – The Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on November 23, 2025, at approximately 6:12 a.m. in Auglaize County, Ohio. The crash occurred on IR-75 near Milepost 118. The preliminary investigation indicates that a 2019 Kia Soul was southbound on IR-75 and drove off of the right side of the roadway and struck a 2007 Ford Edge that was abandoned. Thursday Marked the End of the Line for Two Kenton School Buildings

Thursday November 20, 2025 was the last day that classes were held in two Kenton school buildings. Kenton Middle School and the B and C sections of Kenton High School are scheduled to be razed in the Spring of 2026. Kenton Middle School and Kenton High School are on an extended Thanksgiving Break.
