Hydrant Accident Causes Water Main Break in Ada

A hydrant was hit early this morning in the Village of Ada causing a water main break on Main Street across from the Super Wash. Several water customers were without water and others experienced water pressure issues. The break was repaired around fours later and water was restored. No Boil Water Advisory was issued.

Section of TR 205 Reopened

The Hardin County Engineer's Office announced a road opening. Township Road 205, between State Route 309 and County Road 120, reopened today. The road closed on April 27 for a bridge replacement project.

AAA: Average Gas Prices Decrease from Last Week

Average prices for a gallon of gasoline fell from last week. According to AAA, the average U.S. price is $4.42 a gallon today, a decrease of 13 cents from last Wednesday. The Ohio average is $4.51 a gallon, a decrease of 23 cents in one week. Hardin County’s average price per gallon is at $4.42 a gallon, a decrease of 13 cents from last week.
